We manufacture our New Lifter tipper from 304 Grade Stainless Steel. The lifter is designed to lift 200 and 300 litre Eurobins, buggys, containers, eurocarts and then discharge in the desired location at the required height. They are fully welded and hygienic to use in the food, meat, dairy and pharmaceutical industry.

All our Lifters are chain driven, they are adjustable in 100mm steps and ready for to be installed on delivery.
The lifter tippers are designed as column lifters with a lifting fork which can be positioned to a left hand or right hand execution.
The eurobin / Totebin is pushed into the correct position, the controls can either be on the machine, guarding or on a long cable so execution can take place safely from a distance.
It is then lifted to the required height and tipped into the desired location. The emptying of the Eurobin takes place over the narrow side of the container. Additionally, a chute can be added on to guide the produce to the final requested location.
By using one of our lifting and tipping machines you can either remove the process of a person handling the produce or assist in new production where the tipping height is not possible with manual labour. The dead man lift machine will give you the desired affect to whatever your problem is.
Standard Tipping degrees is 30 degrees. 35 degrees available on request.
We manufacture stationary and mobile lifters in a range of sizes with additional extras such as guarding for safety purposes.
The maximum our standard lifters reach is approx. 4.5 meters and we can look in to other heights on request.
All our lifting and tipping equipment complies with CE and EU Requirements and USDA regulations and is supplied with full certification.
