    The LS Engineering stainless steel UV sterilising cabinet is designed to fit 18 – 20 knife baskets.
    Our modular sterilising cabinet can be distinguished by a big flexibility of use.
    All supports are interchangeable, as the distance between the racks is similar on all units.
    The removable supports offer great modularity as different models of knife-holders can be fitted in our cabinet.
    Our modular sterilising cabinet stores and sterilises either:

 

  • 20 stainless steel standard knife baskets (371mm X 266mm or 435mm x 348mm)
  • Or 18 stainless steel knife baskets small size (500mm x 265mm or 500mm x 380mm)
    Maximum capacity: 18 to 20 knife baskets (depending on the model)
