Reelcare TE Series Manual Driven Reel with FDA Approved Hose are manufactured from stainless steel with Aluminium swivels and stainless fluid path. Full stainless steel is available on request.
Our FDA Approved Hose reels are large capacity heavy duty with manual hand crank operation and are suitable for air, water, oil and fuel.
The reel is advised to work with 200 bar pressure max, the hose is advised at 13 bar and a temperature of 120°C Maximum.
The inside diameter of the hose is 12 or 19mm and the hose length ranges from 30 and 40 in the 12mm hose and 35 or 45 meters in the 19mm hose.
The inlet and outlet for the Reel is ½” BSP Female & ½” BSPT Male for the 12mm hose and ¾” BSP Female on both ends for the 19mm hose.
The ends of the hose are all stainless steel.
The hose colour is blue and the material of the seals are EDPM.
