Pharma FBD Bowl Lifter/Tipper for Liquids and Bulk Materials

The Lifter for Liquids and bulk materials for the pharmaceutical industry is designed to lift and pivot the contents in 3 positions.

Lifter for Liquids and bulk materials positions are load height (limit switch), discharge height (limit switch) and swivelling height (limit switch).

This machine can be made to suit customers requirements.

It is a static execution with a chain driven operation and has a Dead Man control.

The Lifter for Liquids and bulk materials is made entirely out of 304 grade stainless steel and complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU- and USDA regulations.

The machine has all safety devices such as end switch in upper and lower position and end switch like a stop for the tilting height.

The height of the lifter is depending on what container it is emptying in and the weight capacity of 300 – 1000kg.
